We offer a range of roles for trainees and apprentices, from trades such as scaffolding, painting and sheetmetal work through to white collar and corporate roles such as safety and systems.

KAEFER is committed to seeing our employees fulfil their potential through local and global training schemes tailored to their career goals and KAEFER’s strategic requirements. We have a number of internal programs in place including the KAEFER Project Management Qualification, Junior Leadership Programme and Lean Development Programme.
