Victor Bogos
Regional Director APAC
Victor was appointed Regional Director APAC in 2016. He has been with KAEFER since 2006, having also previously held the roles of Regional Financial Officer APAC and Finance Manager. Victor has overseen major projects and significant growth periods during his time at KAEFER.
Afzal Khan
Managing Director Southeast Asia
Afzal was appointed Managing Director of KAEFER in Southeast Asia (SEA) in 2016, overseeing our operations in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Afzal has more than 30 years’ industry experience, over 20 of which have been with KAEFER. Prior to his current role, Afzal was Managing Director for KAEFER in Qatar and previously held a number of management roles for KAEFER in the Middle East region. KAEFER in SEA has seen ongoing successes under Afzal’s direction, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement.
Kristoff Tan
General Manager – Singapore, Indonesia & China
Kristoff was appointed General Manager of KAEFER’s Singapore, Indonesia & China operations in 2017. Kristoff has been with KAEFER for over 11 years. Kristoff’s experience has included major projects as well as large-scale contracts for module yard works throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.
