KAEFER continues to support local communities through a number of initiatives, including sponsorship programs, donations to community institutions and traineeships. We are also committed to maximising opportunities for local industry and will provide full, fair, and reasonable opportunity for suppliers and subcontractors to assist in the delivery of our activities.

ESG & Sustainability

Our com­pany was foun­ded more than 100 years ago with the aim to re­duce the energy waste in ships leav­ing from the port of Bre­men. This first guid­ing principle has influenced much of what we have accomplished in the cen­tury since, put­ting sustain­ab­il­ity at the heart of everything we do.

KAEFER has a global strategy for ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and sustainability, with targeted initiatives in place locally to support this across seven key workstreams:
