Installation of insulation & cladding
Application of cementitious passive fire protection (12,000m²)

Structures on the project were fabricated off-site in Malaysia and assembled on-site in Singapore. The works involved a number of challenges, including inclement weather as well as managing COVID-19 restrictions. Applying KAEFER LEAN principles, the 70-strong execution team utilised a modular approach to provide greater efficiency and flexibility in delivery. Works were successfully completed on schedule and budget.
