The KAEFER Group is the only industrial services contractor that has its own in-house Corporate Innovation & Technical Excellence (CIE) Department, located in Bremen, Germany. This department has laboratories that can test insulation (thermal and acoustic) and coatings products in various simulated climatic and process conditions, such as cryogenic pipework operating in tropical environments.

KAEFER has several dedicated technical experts across the APAC Region. Our local technical experts work closely with our international counterparts to share best practices. Our global portal allows for the transfer of best practice information to all KAEFER companies.
