International Women’s Day 2023
Women don’t belong in boardrooms. That was sadly a common belief in the 1960s. Yet if one woman could prove everyone wrong, it was Annelotte Koch:
> She took over the running of KAEFER with her two sons upon the death of her husband Heinz-Peter Koch in 1965.
> With her pioneering spirit, she expanded the company and quadrupled its headcount and increased turnover fifteenfold.
