R U OK? Day 2023

Last week on 13th Oct 2023, KAEFER in Malaysia successfully held the RUOK Day Program at the Head Office KAEFER in Malaysia in Johor Bahru. The objective of the program is to show support for World Mental Health Day 2023, as well as to spread the importance of mental health awareness at the workplace, show employees our care for their life well-being, and boost up as one of the company cultures.

Special appreciation to Mr. Afzal Khan (Managing Director SEA), as a program speaker for the great sharing about mental health awareness.

Everyone was wearing a green ribbon which is symbolic of Mental Health Awareness. The form was distributed, and everyone was free to express all their doubt, stress, problems, pain points, etc. as the name was kept anonymously. Once forms were collected, they were read out and everyone was encouraged to give their opinion and thought. The session was wonderful, enjoyable yet useful and we understood each other better!
