Thailand Lean Training Program

KAEFER in APAC recently rolled out a new LEAN training programme at one of our project sites in Laem Chabang, Thailand.

Developed by KAEFER’s Global LEAN Team, the LEAN Improvement and Site Management Workshop focuses on several priority topics for boosting site productivity, including optimisation of planning processes, quality control, maximisation of offsite works, material waste reduction and logistics management. This was the second pilot session of the new programme, following its initial rollout in France.

The intensive training was carried out by Saurabh Deshmukh, Global LEAN Manager, and Mohammed Sinan, Global LEAN Leader, supported by Regional LEAN Leader Ravi Subramaniya and Local LEAN Leader Niti Sakdiprom. Thanks to all involved in delivering the training and well done to all participants! We are excited to see the benefits of this on site.
